• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Management / Civil Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in contract negotiation, administration and/or management
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, problem solving abilities, as well as keen interest and motivation in a high growth and entrepreneur environment
• A high level of integrity, dependability with a strong sense of urgency and result oriented

Responsibilities:

• Able to adapt to the various functions within the HR department
• Updating of staff information in the database and Personnel File Maintenance and ensuring confidentiality at all times
• Conduct newcomer’s orientation process and briefing of employment for contract terms and conditions
• Assist in all Recruitment Acctivities & Work Pass Applications such as Work Permit/SPass/EPass application and pass renewal
• Maintain employees’ leave record and medical claims
• Maintain, upkeep company & departmental documentation of operational policy, rules and regulation
• Maintain, upkeep and participate in ISO, BizSafe and other required certifications in Construction Sector
• Communicate with the accommodation for foreign employees
• Assist in administration duties when required and other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in HRM or its equivalent education certificate
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the related field
• Good understanding of human resources functions
• Able to exercise mature discretion on confidential issues
• Possess excellent Verbal and Communication Skills with good interpersonal skills
• Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Good knowledge of Employment Act, MOM regulations and practices
• Positive attitude, fast and independent with strong organizational skills
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment

- Degree in Computer Science/ Computer System Engineering/ Computer System & Networks/ IT informatics;

- Report to IT Manager or Technical Director;

- Conduct operation and maintenance on the existing IT web-based System, coordinate with project team and system owner for planning security testing, system bug fixes and possible system improvement or upgrading;

- IT asset / commercial software licenses tracking and setting of IT equipment for HQ and site offices;

- Work closely with third party vendor to ensure system stabilities and IT security, conduct regular preventive maintenance;

- Responsible to manage and maintain the project system including troubleshooting;

- Able to work independently as well as co-operate with project team to ensure the project is running smoothly;

- Familiar with programming language, Postgre SQL/MS SQL Database, commercial cloud system and GCC Cloud is an advantage
