The Application Support Manager will be responsible for ensuring timely and effective resolution of technical issues, mentoring and guiding team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of application support engineers (L2/L3) in resolving complex technical issues related to our payment applications.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
