Our Client is a well-established company in Singapore to serve the semiconductor and electronics industries both locally and globally.

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate office facilities and maintenance needs by scheduling, assigning tasks, and following up with vendors or contractors to ensure timely work completion.
• Oversee office renovation projects, liaising with vendors and contractors to ensure project completion within timelines.
• Enhance office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and procuring necessary safety equipment.
• Recommend improvements to optimize cost savings and increase the efficiency of facilities services.
• Manage general office upkeep, including scheduling yearly carpet and office cleaning services.
• Collaborate with the Building Management Fire Safety Manager (FSM) to conduct and coordinate fire drills and CERT exercises.
• Provide support to the Production and Engineering departments for facilities maintenance, including yearly disposal of expired chemicals and damaged equipment in compliance with procedures.
• Monitor and update the preventive maintenance schedule, and ensure timely renewal and compliance with necessary building and facilities permits and inspections.
• Organize and maintain accurate documentation and records related to facilities management.
• Provide general administrative support for office operations.

Job Requirements:

• GCE ‘N’ Level or higher qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Excellent coordination and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Willing to perform hands-on tasks such as packing, checking, and organizing stock items.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments, including receiving, putting away, picking, and goods issuing.
• Perform container stuffing/unstuffing, truck loading/unloading, sorting, tallying, packing, palletizing, labeling, and conducting basic quality checks on goods.
• Carry out basic Warehouse Management System (WMS) tasks such as system receiving, location updates, and location transfers.
• Support inventory management processes, including conducting cycle counts.
• Perform other general warehousing tasks as assigned.
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and maintain safety standards.
• Ensure proper housekeeping practices within the warehouse.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE N/O Levels or Nitec qualification.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience is preferred.
• Candidates with a valid forklift license are an advantage.
• Work-At-Height certification is a plus.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with basic computer applications such as MS Word and Excel.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
