Key Responsibility

The Customer Experience Manager steers the strategic planning process to secure an excellent customer experience for all customers. Purpose

The Body shop Manager directs work activities of the Body shop staff, including their observance of deadlines and productivity levels, as well as the maintenance of quality standards. Contributes toward achieving targeted profit for the department and maintains customer satisfaction standards, while containing expenses.

Duties and Responsibilities

Operational Management

e. Ensure adequate protection on customers' vehicles and their belongings treated with care.

3. Enforce control on supplies/consumables usage to reduce wastage.

4. Establish/enforce procedures/tools to monitor repair progress, with recovery process in place to handle expected delays or overdue cases.

5. Identify problems, develop and introduce systems and procedures to streamline efficiencies.

6. Create/distribute periodical reports to management on repair status and Bodyshop performance indicators.

ABOUT YOUR ROLE :

The Market Development Manager (ASEAN) will be responsible, as a part of a team, for driving top line growth and developing new business opportunities utilizing a full suite of Avery Dennison Smartrac RFID solutions and products for multiple focus industries, including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics or Ecommerce.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

• Lead, enable and own responsibility for execution and sales results for the including Retail, Healthcare, Logistics or Ecommerce.
• Identify and develop long-term strategic business opportunities. 
• Develop and maintain working relationships with line-of-business partners at the customers’ organization.

• Initiate, determine, and present ROI business case analysis. 
• Craft customized go-to-market strategies for regions and individual customers. 
• Stay abreast of industry trends by attending trade shows, events and staying on top of market insights as well as global branding trends. 
• Build a positive relationship with key influencers and foster healthy ecosystem partner communities.
• Incorporate knowledge of the industry to engage with ecosystem partners to develop market right products, support materials and pricing recommendations across RFID solutions.
• Collaborate with other Avery Dennison business units to identify and evaluate opportunities that convert into “land and expand” outcomes.
• Support the creation of Sales training content and tutorials for the internal and external partners.
• Identify, assess, develop and manage new programs and new business opportunities leading to successful commercialization efforts. 

Responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Accounts Payable function, to take charge in payment processing, credit card reconciliation and Accounts Payable administration

JD:

Accounts Payable (AP)

• Perform AP-related postings, including AP invoicing, Outgoing payments, and creation of fixed asset master data, ensuring accuracy and completeness, in compliance with company policies and internal approval matrix.
• Take charge of payments and refunds, ensuring timeliness of payments and completeness of paperwork.
• Obtain and reconcile monthly vendors’ Statement of Account, ensuring AP invoices are posted timely for prompt payments.
• Prepare and monitor weekly and monthly AP reports: bank reconciliation, AP Aging, and balance-sheet accounts.
• Monitor open AP related transactions: open invoices, budget requisition and purchase orders.
• Process creation and maintenance of vendors in system.
• Serve as key point of contact between school communications, including related vendors, internal staff, and HQ for invoices, withholding tax and payment related matters.
• Perform Ad-hoc payment processing and send payment advice to vendors, ensuring accuracy of payment.
• Provide periodic guidance to new and existing members of staff over AP related processes.
• Work on continuous improvement on policies and processes to streamline efficiency and effectiveness.
• Work closely with credit card holders to reconcile monthly credit card statements and complete related paperwork approval.
• Reconcile accounting ledgers for month-end reporting.
• Manage filing and archiving of AP documents and admin files.

General Ledger

• Prepare and maintain the accounts and financial reports for designated activities and any other funds or grants.
• Prepare journal vouchers for any internal charge, intercompany charge, or journal adjustments.
• Perform fixed asset capitalization for Capex and Construction capital works.
• To liaise with internal and external auditors.

Cash Handling

• Administer, distribute, and reconcile petty cash and cash advances closely with Executive Assistants and Academic Administrators.
• Work closely with all petty cash and cash advance holders ensuring timeliness of monthly reconciliation and completeness of approval in compliance with the company policies.
• Prepare and reconcile weekly and monthly petty cash reports, including monthly cash count and cash reconciliation reports.

Requirements:

• One year's experience in an accounting role (preferably AP). Training provided.
• Experience in any accounting firms would be an advantage; Experience of working in a multi-national environment would be desirable.
• The ability to work independently as a self-starter, is a quick learner and a team player.
• The ability to work under pressure, prioritise workload with a meticulous approach to undertaking duties.
• Be IT Savvy and proficient in MS office (word, excel, PowerPoint)
• Be able to work with all levels of management and stakeholders.
