This is a newly created role as the Company’s Group plans to set up a Shared Services Department.

The role holder, reporting to the Financial Controller, is responsible for leading and managing the Finance Shared Services Accounts Payable (AP) team to deliver quality services and improve the overall efficiency of AP operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the establishment of a Finance Accounts Payable Shared Services Department in Singapore.

• To assist Managing Director to lead construction team and fabrication team in ensuring smooth execution of work.
• To ensure safe work procedures are implemented at all times.
• Conduct regular site meeting with our team and liaise with the main contractor with the safety and site regulation issues.
• Require to monitor closely on projects operation and completion within project schedule and cost and to consider on construction methodology implementation and feasibility study of construction sequences.
• To update daily on the project progress report to the team and Management and attend site meeting and monitor daily work process.
• Organise resources (e.g. manpower, machinery & equipment, work materials) for projects.
• Other related duties to be allocated in line with the progress of the project.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant local work experience in structural steel work/construction industry.
• Experience in MRT project would be an advantage.

The Manager, Site Activation is responsible for delivery and manage a team of employees responsible for executing site activation activities in Singapore and Malaysia.

• Manages staff's delivery of site activation activities in accordance with organization’s policies and applicable regulations. Responsibilities include planning, assigning, and directing work, assessing performance, and guiding professional development, rewarding and disciplining employee, and addressing employee relations issues and resolving problems.
• Participate in the selection process for hiring new employees by conducting candidate review and participating in the interviewing process. Ensure that new employees are properly onboarded and trained.
