Role Overview

Reporting to the Head of Performance marketing and working in partnership with our regional marketing leaders, you will make our global paid marketing operations world-class thanks to automation. About the Role

As a Category Manager, Networks Transport you will be part of the Networks Sourcing Strategic team and you will report to the Head of Category - Networks Transport & Capacity. You will work closely with both Group units in Telenor and all of the Business Units. As a Category Manager you will be working closely with the entire category team by contributing to the end to end Category management and strategy development, including sourcing execution, contract negotiation, as well as supplier management processes. Scope of Category Manager – Networks Transport includes Microwave, IP Routers and WDM systems however he/she will also support in additional areas i.e. Fixed Networks Infrastructure, International Capacity & IP Transit, Satellite capacity, Leased Lines and Fiber Build. Main tasks

You will perform various coordinating tasks, like schedules, along with administrative duties, maintaining project documentation, stakeholder and contract management. Ultimately, the Project Manager’s duties are to ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards with satisfied clients.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

• To drive and support stakeholder engagement and management (i.e. clients, project stakeholders and interns). To foster and develop relationships with clients.
• To work cross-functionally with stakeholders throughout the company, including delivery, interns  recruitment and management, tender and procurement, project coordination and delivery etc.
• To support the Head of Delivery to eliminate project impediments and quality delivery to clients.
• To act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
• To be competent in managing a suite of Information systems that are required to support company operations.
• To drive continuous improvement in company operations and processes.
• To prepare  all appropriate paperwork & artifacts (e.g. contracts and tenders) for management review.
• To create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.

• Minimum 3 years experience in similar role with proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role from conception to delivery
• Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
• Strong client-facing and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with project tenders 
• BSc in Business Administration or related field

This position is responsible for business development in Asia Pacific region with predominantly focus on Chemicals manufactures, to utilize his or her knowledge to identify, quantify and sell into new accounts, establish long term business relationship with chemicals customers. Work closely with each region and use all available resources from the group to transfer all knowledge to potential clients. This role reports to the General Manager, Sales, Asia Pacific.

Job Responsibilities

• Take sales ownership, business development as an individual contributor in Asia Pacific region to achieve sales targets by increasing business to existing and potential customers
• Utilizes specific industry knowledge to diagnose supply chain needs. Develops and prepares strategic proposals. Participates to customer generated RFI, RFQ and RFP.
• Develops, builds rapport and nurtures long term partnerships with target accounts, translating the company capabilities to customer value, for maintaining and continually expanding account share penetration
• Develop solutions unique to each company to reduce overall logistics costs, all whilst improving sales to current and new customers
• Work closely with each region and use all available resources from the group to transfer all knowledge about potential clients
• Maintain customer relationships throughout their contract to encourage contract renewal and/or extension, or issuance of a new RFQ

Job Qualifications

In 2021, the Frantzén Group opened Brasserie Astoria in the former Astoria cinema in Stockholm, a place with a history of international glory as the it spot for urban Stockholmers to socialize back in the 20s and 30s.

The Astoria in Singapore seeks to recreate the international and sophisticated experience with a strong focus on warm, knowledgeable service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reservation Management: Handle and oversee all incoming reservations via phone, email, and online platforms. Manage and update the reservation system to ensure accurate booking details and availability.
• Guest Interaction: Provide outstanding customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, special requests, and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
• Event Coordination: Assist with planning and coordinating private events, such as parties, corporate functions, and special occasions. Work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure the successful execution of events.
• Seating Arrangements: Optimize seating arrangements to maximize restaurant capacity while maintaining guest comfort and satisfaction. Coordinate with the front-of-house team to manage table assignments and minimize wait times.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze reservation and event reports to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for improving service and efficiency.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with the restaurant management team, including servers, chefs, and other staff, to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
• Training and Development: Train and mentor junior staff members on reservation procedures and customer service best practices.
• Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts related to reservations or events in a timely and effective manner.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience in a reservation or guest services role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting. Experience in event coordination is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office Suite. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
