Reporting to the Kindergarten Principal and Senior Administrative Executive, this role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the Toh Tuck Wing Office as an attractive and efficient administration hub of the school. • Assist to do daily routine maintenance, or as and when required to ensure flowers remain in good condition

• Hire and train new employees for the sales floor or other departments (e.g. shipping and receiving)

• Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or any other related engineering disciplines
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Electrical and Instrumentation design and/or engineering in the oil and gas industry
• Experience in electrical related design and marine vessels added advantage
• Proficient in engineering office software and CAD tools such as AVEVA or equivalent
• Able to work overtime where project has requirement.

Travel Planning and Coordination:
