What To Expect

What You'll Bring

1. Assisting and supporting technical sales team in terms of scope of supplies and costing with respect to electrical, automation requirements during the prospecting stage for water/wastewater related systems and projects.

6. Determining and monitoring procurement and production progress and schedules where cabling and wiring works, control panels’ PLC works and supplies are concerned.
7. On site electrical installation supervision, electrical panel testing, instrumentation configuration, loop test and automation commissioning works.
8. Compiling and handing over operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals (electrical and PLC portions etc) to our agents/distributors and end-user customers.

The BioPharma Account Manager is responsible for ​driving overall customer success aligned to the Cytiva strategy and goals leveraging all of the Cytiva account team. Owns the overall customer relationship across the account. Primary contact between the company and customers and grows the business through an understanding of the market, an awareness and familiarity with the needs of customer, and knowledge of the product portfolio.

What you will do:

• Accountable for Biopharma accounts assigned to strengthen Cytiva’s position by working with key customer stakeholders, C-suite leaders and be a single point of contact for pre and post sales for all products
• Expand the business, gain market share, and grow sales & order at expected margins. Achieve annual/quarterly targets through successful promotion of all business technologies and capabilities within all modalities which are relevant to this account.

Who you are:

• Proven customer relationship building skills in a Life sciences/Bioprocess environment
