Position Overview

The Accounts Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the financial operations. Role & Responsibilities

Perform Accounts Payable functions, including

• Update new supplier in accounting system.
• Processing invoices.
• Assist in month end account closing and preparation of balance sheet
• Apply payment to invoices
• Perform bank reconciliation.
• Manage ad-hoc duties as assigned Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the purchasing team to ensure proper stock levels are maintained.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or Lean certification are a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years in implementing lean, Kaizen, and large-scale transformation projects that engage and elevate the workforce.

- Assist in the preparation of project plans, schedules, and budgets for project

- Ensure compliance with project specifications, technical drawings, and industry standards

- Oversee daily site operations related to the installation, testing, and commissioning of pump systems

- Monitor progress against project schedules and address delays or bottlenecks

- Support the technical design and engineering of pump systems, including reviewing schematics and recommending improvements

Our client is Freight forwarding service in Singapore, you will be taking the responsible on for managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations from receiving to dispatch.
