· Oversee tender administration, including, but not limited to: Sourcing and preparation of all information and documentation related to tender submissions, for participation in tender exercise

· Preparation of bill of quantities which involves quantity take-off, materials sourcing, and measuring and estimating material and labour costs used in the tendering process

· Evaluation of quotations from sub-contractors and suppliers according to tender requirements, and timely submission of quotations

· Oversee contract administration, including, but not limited to: Familiarise and fully understand the legal and commercial aspects of contract documents, and the scope of work for the project

· Handle contractual disputes

· Source, negotiate and procure trade packages including drafting of sub-contract document

· Administration of Extension of Time claim

· Provide monthly updates of project budgets

· Monitor, review, and recommend Subcontractor’s variation order

Position Title: Territory Manager

Primary Position Responsibilities

The Territory Manager position is highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support and sales development with respective accounts in a defined geography and sector(s) for Diversey.

Job Description:

• Handle Accounts Payable and Receivable, Petty cash, Fixed Assets.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing for financial reporting and schedules.
• Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and provide necessary documentation for internal and external audits during audit process.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned by the management.
• Ensure payments are properly accounted for and promptly updated in the system.
• Assist with preparation of financial statement for the company.
• Any other duties assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification
• Minimum 2 years of working experiences in construction industry
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MYOB Accounting Software
• Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills, fluent in English & Mandarin

Additional information:

• 5 days work week
• Company transport pickup provided at Jurong East MRT stations

Responsibilities:

· Receiving and verifying invoices from customers

· Matching AR invoice against AP invoice

· Coding and entering corresponding supplier invoices into the accounting system

· Reconciling customers’ SOA and resolving discrepancies against Trading system

· Opening letter of credit to overseas suppliers

· Reconciling accounts payable aging report in Trading system against accounting system

· Communicating with Trading team regarding payment status and disputes

· Assisting with month-end and year-end close activities

· Involve in stock count preparation

· Prepare audit schedule

· Any other ad hoc tasks or projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting/ Min GCE N/O levels with Accounting Cert
• Able to work independently and prioritise daily work tasks
• High level of accuracy
• Good communication skill
• Team player, willing to learn and a can-do attitude
