Established in 2010, the Energy Research Institute @ NTU (ERI@N) is a pan-university research institute that focuses on systems-level research for tropical megacities. In 2021, Enterprise Singapore, the national standards body for Singapore, had appointed ERI@N as a Standards Development Organisation (SDO) to develop and promote standards under the Electrical and Electronic Standards Committee. This includes standards supporting emerging areas such as renewables -offshore wind/marine & solar energy, secondary batteries and cells, solid state transformers, electrical energy storage systems, and smart grids. We also work with regulators and the industry on standards for electrical installations, building & services and safety and effectiveness of electrical products and services.

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager to support the work of the SDO.

Core expertise:

Project management responsibilities include managing the identification, development and promotion of standards meeting key requirements set by Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG). These include supporting standards committees under the management of ERI@N in their standard development and promotion work to ensure timely and successful delivery of new and reviewed standards. The PM should have a background in business skills, project management, budgeting, analysis and stakeholder management. Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

· To assist the HR & Admin Department in the full spectrum of HR functions and administrative matters.

· Handle recruitment and training activities.

· Handle monthly payroll administration.

· Maintain accurate records in the HR system and employees' personal files.

· Handle foreign work pass applications and renewals.

· Verify and process work injury compensation claims, insurance and medical claims and etc..

· Assist in market survey from MOM and various HR related surveys.

· Prepare and submit government related claims.

· Prepare HR letters (employment contract, confirmation, annual increment and bonus etc.).

· Perform other HR/Admin duties as and when assigned by your immediate Superior (Manager, Admin./HR.).

Requirements:

· Diploma in HRM.

· Meticulous, responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

· Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

· Competent in MS Word and Excel, cuteOffice Payroll and HR System.

· Minimum 3 years’ of working experience in the related field.

Operations Management:

• Plan and execute M&E service and Solar PV projects, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards
• Oversee daily operations of the electric motor repair workshop
• Oversee the design, installation, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems
• Optimize resource allocation, including manpower, tools, and inventory.
• Monitor compliance with safety, regulatory, and environmental standards

International Communication and Coordination:

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in operations management, including repair workshop and project oversight.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge of electric motor maintenance, repair, diagnostic.
• Familiarity with Motor driven system (pump, fan etc.) design, maintenance, repair, diagnostic.
• Familiarity with Solar PV system design, application, installation, and troubleshooting.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in English and Chinese

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or Naval Architecture)

• 13+ years in offshore/marine industry, focusing on green energy and decarbonization
• Knowledge of technology development and deployment (low to high TRL)
• Data synthesis into investment recommendations and strategic insights
