Key Responsibilities:
As the IT Infrastructure and Security Manager, you will ensure strong IT governance and management in line with the company's internal policies and procedures. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying and implementing improvements to IT infrastructure, security, and business solutions, covering networks, servers, firewalls, printers, computers, Wi-Fi, ERP software, and VoIP systems.
• Managing network and system administration, including servers, databases, and cloud platforms to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Participating in the development, revision, and implementation of IT policies, guidelines, and standards.
• Conducting security audits, vulnerability assessments, and ensuring effective logging, monitoring, and response to security events and vulnerabilities; enforcing physical security measures.
• Managing identities and access controls using systems like Active Directory/EntraID; implementing secure protocols and multi-factor authentication.
• Reporting to management on the performance of IT infrastructure, including system outages, security issues, and vendor services.
• Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and supporting business continuity and disaster recovery planning.
• Staying current with industry trends and technological advancements; driving continuous improvement and innovation in IT practices.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT administration and security management, including identity management, access control, and incident response.
• At least 5 years of experience with desktop computers, laptops, servers, and networking devices (switches, routers, firewalls), and identity management systems (e.g., Active Directory). Working experience with Cisco and Cisco-Meraki firewalls is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of network and system administration, including servers, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with Windows operating systems (Windows 10 and 11, Windows Server 2008, 2008 R2, 2012, and 2022) setup, management, maintenance, backup, FTP, etc.). Working experience with Linux operating systems is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, MySQL, and other database systems
• Proven experience in IT security management, including conducting security audits and vulnerability assessments, and patch management
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and staying current with industry trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both oral and written.
• Familiarity with local data protection regulations.
• Strong ability to manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance.

We are seeking a skilled and strategic Product Manager to handle the product development initiatives within research and development (R&D) environment, working with cross-functional teams, and assist in facilitating technology transfer processes. This role will involve managing the transition of technologies from the research phase to commercial production, ensuring that new innovations are successfully integrated into market-ready products.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

Technology Transfer Initiative:

• Ensuring the smooth transition of technologies from R&D to manufacturing or commercialization.
• Coordinate with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and regulatory teams to ensure that technologies are transferred successfully and meet all operational and quality requirements.
• Develop and implement technology transfer plans, timelines, and milestones, tracking progress and addressing potential challenges.

Product Development & Innovation:

• Coordinate the activities of R&D teams, including scientists, engineers, and regulatory experts, to ensure timely and effective product development.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:

• Provide input and recommendations to enhance product portfolio based on customer feedback and market data.

Risk Management and Problem-Solving:

• Identify potential risks during the technology transfer and development phases, proactively addressing challenges to ensure the timely delivery of the product.
• Address technical and operational issues that may arise during the transfer of technologies to manufacturing or commercialization.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Use data and analytics to track the progress and success of technology transfer projects and product development efforts.

Continuous Improvement:

• Identify opportunities for improving the technology transfer process and product development strategies.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field. Advanced degree (Master’s, PhD, or MBA) is a plus.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in product management, technology transfer, or R&D management, ideally within a biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or technology-driven industry.

Skills:

• Strong understanding of R&D and technology transfer processes, including both technical and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including R&D, engineering, and manufacturing.
• Exceptional project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to the industry (e.g., FDA, EMA, NMPA, HSA, ISO).

Responsibilities

• Prior experience with LTA and PUB projects is preferred.
• Strong leadership, planning, interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to lead teams and manage subcontractors effectively.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks while meeting high standards and deadlines.
• Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and driven by excellence.
• Proficient in MS Project.
