Job Responsibilities

Primary tasks

Job Descriptions:

Assist in foreigh workers management pertaining to:

• MOM work passes application, renewal and cancellation
• Month end payroll process
• Prepare HR letters, eg. employment contracts, increment, warning, etc.
• Course registration, renewal and arrangement
• Dormitory matter (check in/out)
• Maintain employee records
• Daily attendance report
• Other ad-hoc duties when assigned
• General admin duties, eg. handling email, phone call and incoming mail.

Requirement:

• At least 1 years experience
• Good communication & interpersonal skills
