As the Associate Director for Supply Chain Technology, you will serve as a key deputy to the Director of Technology and Innovation, providing strategic leadership and operational oversight for our supply chain technology initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive technology roadmap, ensuring seamless integration of WMS, TMS, and other critical systems, and driving continuous improvement to optimize performance and efficiency. Strategic Leadership

• Lead cross-functional teams within the Department to implement and maintain supply chain technology solutions, including WMS, TMS and other relevant systems and guiding them towards the organization’s target operating model for connected technologies.
• Mentor and manage team members, ensuring that they are aligned with strategic objectives and equipped to support an integrated supply chain technology ecosystem.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree or certification in Product Management or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
