This is a contract role (12 months) for a Warehouse Assistant located in Pioneer. Our client is Freight forwarding service in Singapore, you will be taking the responsible on for managing the flow of goods within the warehouse, ensuring smooth operations from receiving to dispatch. Job scope:

• Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting)
• Ensure matching procedure is in place for payments processing purposes
• Resolve all invoices discrepancies and respond to enquiries on payment status
• Monitor and prioritize invoices for urgent payments

• Carrying out of ad-hoc tasks assigned
• Assist the Finance Manager and team in any ad hoc requirements or projects

Job Requirements

• Possess minimum a Diploma in Accounting
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
