Duties and Responsibilities

• Setting up, cleaning, and organizing work stations

• Preparing ingredients for the shift; washing vegetables, chopping, seasoning meat, etc.

• Roti prataflour mixing

• Making Varieties of RotiPrata (egg prata, Bananprata, coin prata,etc.,)

• Making Varieties of Dosai (Masaladosai, Ravadosai,Plaindosai, specialdosai,Geedosai. etc.,)

• Making Chappathi and Chappathi flour mixing

• preparation of south indian& north indian curies

• Taking orders from wait staff or computerized system

• Cooking order according to food health and safety standards

• Recommending ideas for specials or seasonal dishes

• Handling multiple food orders at one time

• Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive

• Dressing order for presentation

• Ensuring each guest order has the correct food and sides

• Delivering food order to wait staff in a timely manner

• Storing all food properly

• Sanitizing and cleaning work stations and utensils

• Reordering stock and food supplies

• Monitoring other cooks and team members

• Assisting other cooks in preparing food or helping other team members when needed

• Able to quickly memorize complex or multiple orders

• Previous experience as a busboy, cook, or relevant work experience

• Legally able to work in establishments which serve alcohol

• Able to work early mornings, nights, and weekends

• Must pass a background check

• Able to read and write

Able to assist in tender pricing of ACMV project/ Alteration & Additional Work.

2. Data Entry for the project material delivery, Bill of Quantity and Tender Pricing.

3. Serves as liaison between the user and in-house contractor on all ACMV related system.

4. Provide sizing and design of ACMV system (chilled water) for individual room

5. Coordinate with supplier / sub-contractor of the tender specification and obtain the quotation from them

6. Control and supervise workmen to make sure standards of building performance, quality, time and cost schedules, and safety are complied.

7. Responsible for keeping daily work record, including additional work claims to the clients and from the subcontractors

Job Description & Requirements

This job role is to support the procurement team mainly. The job entails learning the Purchaser's functions such as PO issuance, reconciliation of DOs with POs and invoices in order to assist the Purchaser.

1. Learn to use in-house procurement system to issue POs, check inventory levels, generate reports etc.
2. Reconciliation of delivery orders with purchase orders and invoices.
3. Creating POs, uploading DOs on in-house system.
4. Work with colleagues on fulfilling requests.
5. Checking subcontractor's billing as required.
6. Liaise with suppliers as required.
7. Updating repair list for vehicle and machinery, as cover buddy.
8. Monthly preparation of labels for site usage, as cover buddy.
9. Scanning, photocopying, filing and related admin support to other department.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. 1-2 years of experience in office admin work
2. This role would suit someone wishing to go on the procurement path or with some experience in procurement.
3. O-Levels and above.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365. High level of competence in Excel will be favoured.
5. Highly detailed and always checks own work.
6. Quick and accurate in processing data.
7. Strong analytical skills and able to organise data to convey information clearly.
8. Highly organised; uses calendar or sticky notes to set alert for tasks
9. Team player.
10. Strong communication skills.
11. Ability to follow SOP strictly.
12. Takes the initiative and self-driven.
13. Strong problem solving skills

Working hours:

Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Saturday, 8:30am - 12:30pm (WFH when required)
