Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan the Project:Define project goals, scope, and timeline.
   Create a project plan and schedule.
   
2. Lead the Team:Manage and guide the project team.
   Assign tasks and ensure everyone is on track.
   
3. Manage Resources:Ensure the right resources (people, equipment, etc.) are available.
   Track and allocate resources efficiently.
   
4. Control the Budget:Develop and manage the project budget.
   Track expenses and stay within financial limits.
   
5. Identify and Manage Risks:Spot potential problems early.
   Develop solutions to avoid or minimize risks.
   
6. Track Progress:Monitor the project to ensure it stays on schedule.
   Use reports and updates to keep everyone informed.
   
7. Ensure Quality:Make sure deliverables meet quality standards.
   Conduct reviews and check for issues.
   
8. Communicate with Stakeholders:Keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
   Address concerns and make sure everyone is aligned.
   
9. Solve Problems:Address and resolve issues that arise during the project.
   Adjust plans as needed to keep things moving forward.
   
10. Close the Project:Ensure all deliverables are completed and meet expectations.
    Review the project and gather feedback for improvements.
11. Costing Management: Oversee daily business operation and costing estimation and update to the Management.
12. Project Monitoring: Estimate Manhour colculations and costing preparations for Projects.
