1. Ensure that the diving equipment is adequate and in good operating condition.
   • Review all diver and tender Personal Dive Equipment (PDE) upon arrival at the worksite. Under no circumstances will any PDE be used for diving operations if the inspection and maintenance records are not established to be correct.

8. Ensure that when diving in the mud or sand (on bottom) the diver’s pneumo hose is not allowed to fill with mud or sand.
9. Ensure the dive is terminated when:
   1. The diver requests termination
   2. The diver fails to respond to communication or communication is lost between the diver and dive team members at the dive location
   3. The diver begins to use his diver‐carried reserve breathing gas supply
   4. Weather or site conditions are degrading to the extent that diver safety may be compromised.
10. Ensure after every dive:

The physical condition and wellbeing of the diver is checked by visual observation and verbal questioning.

1. The diver is instructed to report any physical problems or symptoms of decompression sickness or arterial gas embolism.
2. The diver is advised of the location of the nearest operating decompression chamber.
3. Notify the Company Top Management as soon as possible after the occurrence of any incident including diving incidents, any sign or symptom of decompression illness, AGE, omitted decompression or any deviation from the scheduled decompression, however minor.

Principal Responsibilities

- Develop strategies adapted to changing market conditions to grow the ESG revenue and profit for country.

- Grow the revenue with existing customers with new products and services leveraging on relationships with existing customers. Identify potential customers in the electronics segment and complete research on their production process and application needs and position Linde’s offerings.

- Having in-depth knowledge of products value proposition. Becomes a subject expert in our products, internal processes and operations, liaise with internal stakeholders efficiently and remain up to date in industry news.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

- Prepare business proposals and negotiate with key stakeholders for new products.

- Identify and connect with key decision makers (initiator, influencer, decider, user) within a customer organization from commercial and technical perspective.

- Monitor competitor - understand local & regional competitor strengths and weaknesses (market share, cost positions, etc.), and expected/typical behavior.

- Manage ESG products responsibility to ensure all local, state and national regulations are complied with.

- Assist in coordinating product, process or engineering changes, or new product launches to ensure orderly and timely transitions in material flow.

Requirements

- Strong execution skills, motivational, and partnership building skills and self-driven

- Strong communications skills (effective presentations at all levels, negotiation, problem solving).

- Customer relationship building skills.

- Good ESG product knowledge on hazard classifications, chemical properties and compatibilities.

- Business or Technical degree/training preferred with minimum 3 years experience in electronic gases. Experience in equipment business (for wafer fab manufacturing, gas related) will be an added advantage.

- Financial skills with strong analytical approach.

- Language Skills – Fluent in both written and spoken English, so as to be able to communicate with customers

- Able to travel and possess driving license.

The role involves the execution of duties to the highest possible standards. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and perform all of the activities necessary to plan, procure, manage and administer all issues related to power & construction and industrial site work.

Your duties will involve working closely with project staff and contractors across multiple technical disciplines requiring the supervision of numerous simultaneous tasks to meet very specific and immovable milestones. You will be privy to confidential information by necessity.

You will treat all such information with the highest levels of confidentiality and will perform your role with integrity and honour at all times.

It is expected that the Manager’s role will require, but not be limited to the following key functions:

* Planning/Scheduling

* Implement a high-level effective project management framework and method statement, incorporating necessary review processes as required

* Revew the master programme and other reports to ensure timeline is met

* Secure resources, suppliers, product for the Client as required

* Monitor the design, construction, and dismantling programme and identify opportunities for improved delivery

* Risk Management

* Proactively identify potential problems, conflicts, design and delivery issues using risk management tools and skills to mitigate impact on the project

* Identify Health and Safety issues and to report as per procedure

* Site, Oversee the effective operation of the activities related to the P&C Contracts through conducting regular site visits and quality checks

* People, Manage and direct the P&C team to provide overall superintendence and ensure that the project team staff, contractors, etc., work well and provide a supportive environment for the achievement of the project

* Holding weekly staff meeting with P&C team, monitoring and reviewing staff working hours and writing performance reviews for P&C staff

* Contract Management • Negotiate and convert contracts as required by the project

* Oversee the award of contracts and ensure the client is adequately protected

* Scheduling, minuting and issuing various project meetings and ensure minutes are actioned in a timely manner

* Provide regular and accurate reporting on the project progress, costs and quality

* Review and oversee the management of all P&C contracts and ensure that there are no major gaps or issues in providing the required P&C deliverables

* Monitoring and reviewing all P&C work instructions and variations ensuring that all information is accurate, recorded and follows the designated project approval process

* Manage and document changes/variations following approval by Client • Ensure contractors and consultants are paid in accordance with contract schedules

* Review any procurement requirements and provide all necessary P&C technical support to the procurement process • Client Management

* Take the leading role in interfacing with the Client and contractors on all P&C matters at all project stages

* Actively seek and implement strategies to improve the client’s position in regard to return and value

* Identity and resolve disputes quickly and reasonably

* Develop and maintain excellent relationships with Client, authorities, consultants, contractors and adjoining property owners/stakeholders

* Reporting

* Monitoring, reviewing and implementing appropriate document control processes in line with quality control procedures

* Preparing monthly status report input on all P&C activities and including a detailed analysis of power consumption and utilization

And any other work-related tasks or duties deemed required and assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirements:

* Electrical & Electronics Engineering qualification with minimum 12 -15 years relevant experience

* Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Power system in the relevant field in the power & construction industry

* Minimum 10-12 years’ project management experience, including minimum of 8 years’ experience in Singapore.

* Contract administration experience

* Excellent overall knowledge of most P&C systems, Knowledge in innovative components introduce and handling.

* Knowledge in electrical power distribution, Smart DB’s, PLC / SCADA integration and smart components.

* Experience working in construction & industrial design firms

* Manage and coordinate the inputs of project stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of the project

* Assess and resolve site planning and coordination issues

* Apply quality management principles and processes

* Possess a keen eye on detail to deliver the highest quality of standard

* Apply risk assessment and management principles and processes

* A capacity to communicate professionally and confidently with a diverse range of people at all levels

* Strong written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to draft reports, minutes, correspondence, procedures, processes and forms

* Sound literacy in computer software, including the Microsoft Office range. Excellent knowledge of Word and Excel • Ability to read technical drawings

* Ability to work with limited supervision

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

- Administer the filing and archiving of assigned projects' data information technology.

- Submit project progress reports for the Management Review.

- Recommend improvement on existing Project Management procedures/processes, including

documentation and information technologies on site.

Duty Time : 6 days in a week alternative 1 day off / 8 hours any time 00hrs to 24hrs

Review electrical engineering drawings and refer issues requiring changes.

Assign job tasks and work as per electrical project schedules.

Review all electrical drawings with Leadmen performing on assigned jobs to them.

Stimulate fabrication standards to ensure quality work attained from assigned staff.

Recruit, guide, train, monitor and terminate assigned employees as required.

Recommend effective solutions specified particular weight related to employment status of employees.

Schedule, assign, plan and supervise electrical shop personnel performance on different electrical projects.

Plan and prepare work and equipment usage schedule

Job Description:

• Communicate and work closely with customers, sub-contractors, 3rd Party service providers
• Liaise with internal and external supplier for quotation, ordering & arranging of goods delivery
• Monitor expiry of project Insurances, Performance Bond and Warranty
• Involve in direct hired workers related activities
• Handle workers’ dormitory related duties
• Liaise with rent-a-car company and plan driver’s schedule
• Undertake any other duties as assigned when required

Job Requirements:

• A recognized degree in any discipline
• Minimum 7 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in the construction sector
