• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales representatives
• Receive and report on all sales leads
• Supervise sales representatives and assistants
• Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions
• Work with sales team when closing sales
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
• Meet all sales quotas and goals
• Assist sales representatives and team to meet and exceed goals

Job Descriptions:

· Planning and create schedule to meet project timelines

· Preparation site documents for job awarded and on-going projects as per main-con request

· Able to resolve site issues during the contract period

· Communicate & Negotiate with consultants and client on contractual matters

· Arrange manpower to sites

· Report to top management with regards to work site progress

· Be responsible for tracking, recording, and managing the progress and quality of the work.

Job Requirements:

· Min 5 years relevant working experience

· Excellent leadership to lead & guide project engineers, management and good communication skills, project management and coordination

· Able to take on various challenging jobs assignments

· Proficiency with MS Office

· Independent, Responsible and Positive Working attitude

· Monday to Friday & Alt. Saturday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
