You bring

• Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent with at least 7 years of plant equipment / maintenance experience.
• At least 5 years Project management skills and experience. At least 3 years’ experience in root cause analysis.
• SAP/BMS/Traksys experience preferred. Six Sigma Black belt certified would be an added advantage.
• Leadership qualities and ability to plan ahead. Positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills.

The Brand and Business Development Senior Manager (Private Labels) will be responsible for leading the global brand equity, portfolio strategy, and international market expansion of one of our private label brands.

HE / SHE WILL ALSO BE REQUIRED TO:

• Identify consumer needs/ insights, category trends, and commercial opportunities across multiple markets
• Study quantitative and qualitative data to identify issues/ opportunities.
• Lead the development of the Brand Strategic Plan and Regional/Global expansion strategy.
• Lead the development of the Brand’s 24 month rolling New Products Pipeline from ideation, to concept development to NPD qualification to regional marketing launch campaigns and toolkits.
• Drive growth, track performance, and achieve commercial targets for his/ her portfolio; manage A&P budget.
• Work with cross-functional teams, channel, distributor, and/or agency partners.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience at a leading FMCG company.

MUST HAVE:

• Business accountability on sales, market share, marketing spends.
• Proven experience in global/ regional brand strategy, business strategy, and integrated marketing.
• Experience across different Asian markets is a must.
• Experience managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, and partnering with media/ creative agencies.
• Experience executing marketing campaigns In-Market via local business unit and/or through distributor
