Job Description

The Business Development Manager

The Business Development Manager will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and maintaining strong client relationships within the maritime industry. This role focuses on aggressively pursuing sales targets, expanding market presence, and establishing SG Group as a leader in high value harbour craft operations. Primary Duties And Responsibilities

· Keeping track on variation and claims of contract and cost impact and feedback information to the Project Director

· Implement cost control measures to meet project budget

· Site co-ordination with all concerned parties and to resolve site issues

· Plan and schedule work sequences for construction operation, according to the Project Management Plan.

· Liaising with consultants on design analysis, design work, design check for approval and to resolve technical issues on site.

· Site inspection for civil work, which includes excavation, structural, casting and ensure that the work is executed as per the project specification and construction drawing/final approved drawing from authorities.

· Ensure worker carried out meet out quality standards and contractual requirements.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or relevant field

· Minium 5 years of project environment experience

· Superior civil, structural, or architectural engineering working knowledge of plans, engineering drawings, specifications and schematics associated with the mechanical and plumbing trades
