• Ensure that all equipment is cleaned, switched off (if applicable) and put back at their allocated location after use.
• Work with TIC to organize or conduct structured activities at the GEAR-Up Room.
• Supervise and ensure safety of students in the GYM room
• Clean the gym room and the sports hub.
• Any other duties as assigned by School Leaders.

We are looking for a hardworking individual, capable of multi-tasking within the logistics / stores / inventory management environment and work as a team to ensure smooth execution of store activities and deliveries to customers

- Delivery & Collection of goods / cargo within Singapore

- Maintain cleanliness of assisgned Vehicle

- Assisting warehouse staff with marking and packing for delivery and other storekeeping duties

- Ensure good housekeeping in the store and comply with environmental and safety regulations

- Fetch (AM) and Send (PM) staff to designated MRT Station

- Other adhoc duties assigned by Supervisor

Requirements :

- Valid Class 3 license to drive 10 foot lorry / van

- Min. GCE 'N' Level / Nitec or equivalent

- 2 years working experience in similar environment / capacity

- Physically fit to move boxes / cartons (when required)

- Familiar with deliveries to cargo complex / ports

- Forklift license will be an added advantage

• Assist and work with day to day production administrative works and operations of the Production/Processing Department by Engineer/Manager/Supervisor
• Support production operations functions with expert administrative support to the entire Production Team.
• Attend to production inquiries, calls, and email
• Responsible for updating and maintaining data and reviewing production records and orders.
• Responsible and maintain a proper record, filing for each department documents archival
• Issue of drawings to the relevant department for production
• Prepares purchase orders by verifying specifications and price
• Obtaining recommendations from suppliers for substitute items
• Obtaining approval from requisitioning department
• Assist to get supplier quotation
• Handle customer quotation enquiries
• Follow up on the on-going projects
• Co-ordinates on production schedule
• Data entry to ERP system, filing, photocopy and scanning
• Meticulous and organized with good time management
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to multitask a high volume of tasks
• Ability to handle a very active desk supporting numerous simultaneous productions
