Responsibilities:

• Industrial Trends & Insights: Analyze market trends, data, and customer insights to generate ideas for NPD.
• Product Positioning: Define competitive positioning and unique selling propositions (USP).
• NPD Leadership: Oversee the entire NPD process, from concept to completion, including reformulations.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Lead efforts with Regulatory, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturers, R&D, and Quality for timely product delivery.
• Supplier Liaison: Source and coordinate with contract manufacturers and formulators; serve as the main contact for NPD discussions.
• Formula & Compliance: Review formulations and ensure ingredient/design compliance with regulations.
• Product Testing: Ensure understanding of product challenge tests, stability, and compatibility studies.
• Costing & Pricing: Research market prices, generate product costing, and propose pricing.
• Product Introduction: Conduct product training for marketing teams and sales leaders.
• Post-launch Management: Analyze product performance, manage feedback, and provide technical responses.
• CAPA Response: Address corrective and preventive actions raised by Quality.
• Standard Procedures: Contribute to and implement standard procedures aligned with industry and QMS standards.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks and projects to meet company goals.

Requirements:

• Degree in Cosmetics, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of working experience in product development or management within the cosmetics or skincare industry.
• Preferred Candidates with an interest in marketing within beauty, skincare, personal care, or similar industries is a plus.

• Adjust production schedules as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Ensure product quality by working closely with the testing team.
• Schedule production staff according to workload requirements.
• Utilize ERP/MRP systems for streamlined planning and scheduling.
• Supervise production staff for effective task completion as required.

Requirements :

• Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of working experience in electronics manufacturing.
• Experienced in material planning, inventory management, and proficient in ERP and MRP systems.
• Possess leadership and supervisory skills.

Job Description

• Review engineering drawing & specifications, design and execute engineering experiments, calculations and statistical control for new products & processes.
• Perform trouble shooting & analysis of production & process issues for cleanroom & non-cleanroom operations. Perform process redesign where required.
• Support qualification & setup (where applicable) of new materials, recipe, processes & system application for both cleanroom & non-cleanroom operations.
• Perform new equipment & materials validation using standards involving IQ, OQ & PQ methodology.
• Source new suppliers, qualify specifications & perform cost estimation to price out project expenses.
• Support new business projects & technology implementation.
• Research, Procure, Qualify & Implement new solutions (equipment or materials).

Job Requirements

• Possess a Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• Minimum 2 years of working experience
• Knowledge on end to end processes from technical/material qualification, process qualification to manufacturing & supply chain logistics engineering.
• General awareness of Manufacturing Systems e.g. CAD, Manufacturing Execution System, ERP & Technical Publications.
• General experience with work flow Simulation software & Robotics applications e.g. Flexsim & UiPath.
• Experience with write-ups on work procedure workflow & instructions for production process.
• Ability to apply ISO13485, GDPMDS & other ISO standards to existing operations & into new businesses.
