Audit and Compliance

Food Quality and Operational Audits:

• Develop and implement comprehensive audit programs to assess food quality, safety, and compliance with internal and external standards / regulations (e.g., SFA, HACCP).
• Conduct regular, detailed audits across multiple locations, focusing on health and safety, preparation processes, and final product presentation.

Halal and SFA Compliance:

Innovation

Menu Development:

• Work with the culinary, operations and marketing teams to design innovative menu items, focusing on market trends, customer preferences, and seasonal ingredients.
• Leverage food science and nutrition expertise to create balanced, appealing, and nutritionally sound offerings.
• Research and analyze competitor products, particularly in fast food and QSR sectors, to introduce unique, high-quality pizza and other menu items.
• Conduct extensive testing and refinement of recipes, ensuring they meet taste, quality, and nutritional standards before integration into the menu.

Continuous Improvement

Process Optimization:

• Identify inefficiencies in operations, particularly in high-volume QSR and fast-food settings, and implement process improvements.
• Utilize data analytics and customer insights to refine processes, enhance service delivery.

Qualifications & Experience

Education:

• Diploma in Culinary Arts, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
• Certifications in food safety (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000, WSQ Level 3) strongly preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in audit, food innovation, quality management, or product development, specifically within QSRs, fast food chains, or multi-location F&B environments.
• Proven track record in menu development, applying food science and nutritional principles to create appealing, health-conscious offerings.

• Ensure the right set of suppliers available when needed.
• Prior to selecting a new supplier, assesses the need for a contract, establishes performance expectations, and reviews financial stability

Commodity Analysis and Execution

• Stay current with industry developments for the commodity. Conduct research using various sources such as trade journals, internet, ISM, business news and internal and external networking. Maintain a basic technical knowledge.

• As the commodity team leader, work with management to establish goals and objectives and drive to meet the goals as set at the Procurement BFT level. Supplier Performance Management

• Execute TQRDCE surveys, analyzes data, and prepare supplier feedback. Meet with management to share supplier results, plans and gain their support. Meets with top suppliers at least annually to review direction, assure alignment, and review performance results. Hold suppliers accountable for meeting commitments and performance expectations. Work with suppliers to develop performance improvement plans (as needed) and monitor progress.
• Ensure quality management expectations are set. Hold suppliers accountable for meeting quality requirements. Ensure Agilent’s SQSR’s are met based on AGILENT’s guidelines. Monitors environmental requirements and ensures compliance.

Risk Analysis and Management

• Conduct appropriate risk analysis; identify options and work to minimize risk from impacting business
• BCP Team facilitation at each site for suppliers in matrix (i.e. ATS Manager with CMs and SRMs, LFS, ATIS and so forth) Operating Managers will consolidate and summarize information on behalf of organization for formal submission.

Supply Market Intelligence

• Keep supply market data up to date. Ensure supply market analysis stays current. Maintain an understanding of who the best suppliers are; the niches they serve; new market entrants; etc.

Strategy Execution & Management

• Execute and maintain the commodity strategy. Report progress and results to management and partners on strategy initiatives and projects.
• Manage the world wide supply base in accordance with the commodity strategy.

Partner Management

• Provide partners with the highest quality products and services. Periodically survey partners to assess changing business or technology needs.

Strategic & Value-Based Sourcing

Supplier Collaboration

Main Responsibilities

Maintain and monitor complex clients’ systems:

• Responsible for technical support for complex systems and problems, ensuring performance of the asset (client) is maintained throughout the course of the contract
• Collate and evaluate statistical data related to the performance of the assets

We are looking for a dedicated application manager to join our IT department and take over the supervision of our network and software applications. The responsibilities of the application manager include identifying the best applications for the business's needs, installing the software, and upgrading and repairing the software as needed.

To be successful as an application manager, you should have a strong working knowledge of computer networking and administration, as well as expertise with computer troubleshooting. Ultimately, a top-notch application manager should have excellent technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adhere to deadlines.

Application Manager Responsibilities:

• Analyzing business operations and the business's computer systems and determining which software applications could improve efficiency.
• Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing systems or install new ones.
• Leading teams of IT specialists in the implementation and upgrading of network hardware and software.
• Monitoring the roll-out of new software applications to ensure there are no problems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any problems with business application software.
• Creating and overseeing protocols and procedures for the use of any new software applications.
• Training employees on the use of any new software applications and maintaining a good work atmosphere.
• Managing local area networks, installing and maintaining routers, generating email addresses, and creating passwords and backups.
• Creating, executing, and maintaining company databases.
• Maintaining up-to-knowledge of the latest software developments.

Application Manager Requirements:

• A bachelor's or graduate's degree in programming, computer engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• Experience working as a junior IT specialist.
• Broad working knowledge of computer networking, installation, and administration.
