• Works closely with departments and customers to meet the quality and service requirements
• Analyse sales objectives for both present and prospective customers, sales and service activity demands and programs for effective sales coverage.
• Gather marketplace activities on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques
• Assists in the preparation of competitive bids and proposals
• To develop sales forecasts, territory potentials, territory analysis and cooperate with management in setting adequate sales quotas and goals.
• Reports department activities to management through work plan and territory analyses.
• Offers technical advice and recommendations to owners and the ship yard to ensure customer services in achieving both company’s and client targets.

Requirements :

• Minimum of 2 years’ B2B Sales experience in flooring related / building construction industry
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel/PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and result-oriented team-player who is able to work under pressure
• Possession of own vehicle & driving license
• Able to converse well in dialect to liaise with dialect speaking clients

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Center Manager to lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our enrichment center. As the Center Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the centre's success by delivering exceptional service, building strong customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and promoting operational excellence. Job Responsibilities:

• Achieving Sales Targets: You will lead your centre's team to achieve the centre's sales target.
• Delivering Service Excellence: You are responsible for ensuring that our centres operate smoothly according to our SOP, so that the service delivered is of exceptional quality.
• Building Customer Relationships: With your Customer Service team, you take the lead in building and managing strong relationships with our customers, making sure that our valuable customers are taken care of and have their needs met.
• Delivering Operational Excellence: You are accountable for managing the facilities, resources and equipment in your centre. You will also ensure that safety protocols are adhered to.
• Leadership and team management: The center manager leads and fosters a positive work environment. Requirement:

• Diploma or degree in any discipline
