The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, coupled with excellent leadership and project management skills. • Provide Technical Services Advisory to ensure adherence to Design Brand Standards for new-build, conversion, re-branding and refurbishment projects from the design stage through to hotel opening.
• Prepare engineering services briefs for new project, review and comment on consultants designs for efficiency, appropriateness in design and operational issues.
