We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pet Groomer to join with our client team. The ideal candidate will have a genuine love for animals, strong grooming expertise, and excellent customer service skills. As a Pet Groomer, you will be responsible for providing professional grooming services to ensure pets look and feel their best while prioritizing their comfort and well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Perform a full range of grooming services, including bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and teeth brushing for dogs, cats, and other small pets.
• Assess each pet's coat and skin condition to recommend appropriate grooming styles and services to pet owners.
• Handle pets with patience and care, ensuring their safety and comfort during grooming sessions.
• Identify and report any health concerns, such as skin conditions, parasites, or unusual behavior, to pet owners.
• Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized grooming station and equipment.
• Build strong relationships with pet owners by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their concerns or special requests.
• Stay updated on the latest grooming techniques, tools, and pet care trends.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working with animals and grooming equipment.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Pet Groomer, with knowledge of various grooming styles and techniques.
• Certification from a recognized pet grooming school is preferred.
• Ability to handle and groom pets of different breeds, sizes, and temperaments.
• Strong understanding of pet behavior and body language.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for working with animals.
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle pets during grooming sessions.
• Knowledge of pet health and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in handling nervous or aggressive animals.
• Knowledge of pet grooming tools and their maintenance.
• Familiarity with pet care software for booking and client communication (if applicable).

• Salary Package: Basic $2000 + Fixed Allowance + Store Incentives + OT pay = Gross $3000+
• Working Days : 5 Days [ Weekend & PH cannot off, based on weekly schedule]
• Working hours: 44 Hours/week
• OT payable after 44 hrs; PH will be double pay
• Working Location : Island Wide [ Outlet to be allocated upon interview ] *Current store at Orchard, Plaza Sing, Raffles City, upcoming store at Vivocity, Great World, One Raffles Place, Parkway Parade

Benefits:

• Annual Leave: Tea barista 7 days ; Senior 8 days – capped at 14 days
• Birthday leave – upon confirmation
• Probation period 3 months
• Increment $200 after probation
• Training period: 2 weeks (1st week at Tai Seng training centre, 2nd week on-site training)
• Performance bonus: July or Aug yearly

Responsibilities:

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and manage customers queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
• Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments
• Act in compliance to operational policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol
• Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed and communicating inventory needs to management
