Job scope:

• Assist in the receiving of inbound goods, including inspecting, counting, and tagging items as instructed by the Stock Controller or Assistant Retail Manager.
• Help prepare and pack outbound orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Replenish stock at the retail store under the guidance of the Stock Controller, maintaining neat and organized displays.
• Conduct basic inventory checks and support with stock cycle counts as directed.
• Coordinate deliveries between warehouse and retail store, liaising with logistics partners as needed.
• Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of warehouse and storage spaces.
• Follow outlined inventory management processes and escalate any discrepancies to the Stock Controller or Assistant Retail Manager.
• Assist with dismantling or setting up equipment as needed, following provided guidelines.
• Practice safe work procedures and promote safety standards within the team.

Purchasing Assistant - Pioneer - West

Responsibilities:

• Perform all procurement related activities such as raising purchase order, corresponding with suppliers and sourcing for materials and equipment
• Liaise directly with warehouse personnel to effectively monitor, and replenish various raw materials and packaging materials for the daily operations
• Involved in resolving issues related with material quality, specification and quantity with vendors
• Assist in preparing and checking of import documents, to ensure timely customs clearance of goods
• Ensure and maintain proper record and filing & records system in department
• Other duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Purchasing and Logistics Management, or equivalent.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good communication and interpersonal skills , with ability to interact with all levels of staff
• Demonstrates sense of initiative with the ability to work independently and as a team player
• Prior experience in purchasing/sourcing will be a plus

Processing, sorting, filing & data entry of various accounting documents to be used for Financial Statements’ generation. Maintenance & record keeping of attendance, incentives and benefits including payroll processing. Assist in the administration of Accounts & HR policies.

Performance Area 1: Documentation

Tasks:

1. Maintain complete records of employees in various HR softwares.

2. Compilation of supporting documents for all accounting transactions

3. Maintain all files in an organized manner.

Performance Area 2: Accounting Support

Tasks:

1. Data entry of suppliers Invoice and reconciliation of Statement of Accounts from suppliers.

2. Prepare Statement of Accounts for Customers & follow up collections.

Maintain proper records of cash and cheque collections; prepare debt collection status report

and Aged Receivable Report.

3. Prepare Payment Voucher to suppliers and creditors

4. Maintain, record and disburse petty cash and prepare related summary reports.

Performance Area 3: HR & Administrative Support

Tasks:

1. Assist in full spectrum of Accounts & HR administration.

2. Record keeping and monitoring of attendance, workers’ overtime, leave entitlements, benefits and other incentives. Prepare related reports for management review and for payroll processing

3. Assist in orientation of newly joined employee.

4. Maintain employee personal records in the HR Software and update workers details to be used in the Operations Department.

5. Assist in MOM issues, workers courses, workers’ medical appointment and others.

6. Prepare and calculate monthly payroll for workers.

7. Monitor and handle the upkeep of company’s vehicles like insurance, road tax, repairs etc.
