Job Description

• Handle onboarding, offboarding and discipline matters
• Manage all staff leave related processes
• Contract Renewal, Emplacement & Promotions
• Handle Grants & Claims
• Contribute ideas and suggestions for continuous improvement in HR through streamlining of work processes and practices.
• Manage employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource with minimally two years of relevant experience
• Comfortable meeting with clients and handling professional interactions confidently

Other Information:

• Location: Kaki Bukit
• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 9.00AM to 6.00PM

Job opportunity:

• ASAP to Feb 2025 (May be extendable)
• Working hours: Min 4 days per week (inclusive weekends, rostered)

• Salary: $12/h + incentive bonus!

Job scope:

• Welcome and greet customers
• Recommend and display items that match customer needs
• Replenishment of stocks
• Perform daily operations of the store
• Maintain the security of stocks, premise and stored information at all times
• Ensure good housekeeping
• Training will be provided

Requirements:

• Comfortable with long standing hours throughout shift
• Strong communications skills to manage walk-in customers' enquiries/requests
