DR Consultancy Services Pte Ltd “(DRC)” is a boutique corporate services provider and recruitment firm based in Singapore’s CBD. We are looking for a part-time Asst. Finance Manager (2-3 days a week) who is willing to work within a small but fun team in the Corporate Services division. Our division office is located 3 minutes’ walk opposite Telok Ayer MRT.

Main responsibilities:

• Prepare Annual Financial Reports
• Ensure timely performance and completion of month-end reconciliation
• Prepare reports for management and statutory reporting
• Maintain subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
• Prepares financial reports by collecting, analysing, and summarising account information (mainly bank statements)
• Prepare corporate tax accruals for the year-end accounts
• Prepare XBRL files in the ACRA system
• Liaises with auditors during year-end audits
• Prepare monthly salary slips for clients

Role requirements:

• 10 or more years of experience in accounting and drafting financial statements
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills, including the ability to identify issues and suggest solutions
• Able to operate QuickBooks accounting software
• Advanced Excel skills
• Able to work independently
• Attention to details
• Able to work with multi-cultural teams out of Singapore
• Fluency in English

Front of House/ Hall Staff:

- Ensure high-quality customer service handling customer enquiries, complaints, and feedback

- Set-up the dining area and service station in preparation for the day’s business.

- Take all guest orders following proper guest serving procedures (QR menu order also available)

- Promptly and correctly deliver all orders to guests

- Perform daily and weekly housekeeping and cleaning duties according to schedules.

- Service Manager/ Supervisor:

* Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant ensuring smooth functioning of the kitchen, dining area and overall customer service.

* Staff management: Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff, including servers, cooks, and other employees.

* Financial Management: Managing the restaurant's budget, monitoring expenses, and optimizing profitability.

* Inventory Control: Maintaining appropriate inventory levels, managing supplies, and ordering stock as needed.

* Maintaining Records: Keeping accurate records of sales, expenses, and other essential data.

· Back of House/ Kitchen Staff:

- Prepare, cook and plate food according to SOP

- Maintain proper consistency of food quality and safety

- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in food preparation

- Supervisor:

* Ensure stock, deliveries and wastage are all checked and recorded in line with the restaurant food standards

* Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food productions

* Execute and maintain standard recipes, cooking techniques and presentation to assure consistency

* Ensure that high standards of sanitation, cleanliness and safety are maintained throughout all kitchen areas at all times

* Ensure that food storage areas are maintained in accordance with the kitchen’s hygiene, health and safety policies and procedures

* Monitor Kitchen maintenance and report any defects of operating equipment to the Head Chef

Requirement

* Cooking Korean food experience preferred but not compulsory

* Profound knowledge of customer service and all food and beverage products.

* Micros or other similar POS system knowledge is taken into consideration.

* Fluent English is preferred for Hall staff

* Energetic team player with good communication skills

* We welcome candidates with no experience but are passionate about servicing and have a positive learning attitude (hands-on training will be provided)

Salary:

· Full Time: $2,700 - $4,000 per month (Annual Wage Increase based on performance)

Schedule:

* Full Time: 5 or 5.5 days per week.(40-44 hours) - Open Shift/ Close shift

* Part Time: 5 hrs/day of 5days per week or 9hrs/day of 2-3 days per week

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the F&B Manager / Restaurant Manager, the Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for managing and supervising the restaurant team in delivering a seamless and delightful dining experience for our guests. At the same time, he/she will assist the Restaurant Manager in ensuring overall smooth operation, and achieving financial and people performance goals of the restaurant.

What you will be DOING:

Floor Service

· Familiarise with the restaurant set-up and all the food & beverage items on the menu and/or on-going promotions.

· Greet and seat guests proactively.

· Present guests with the menu and inform them about any specials of the day, promotions and/or menu changes, etc.

· Provide suggestions and/or promote signature items and/or on-going promotions.

· Take orders from the guests and to take note of any special requirements.

· Key order into POS system and ensure all special requirements are captured and communicate clearly with the kitchen team if needed.

· Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure prompt and smooth items delivery.

· Serve the items as per the course of order.

· Be attentive and alert to guests needs to ensure proactive service delivery at all times.

· Close the bills accurately and promptly.

Guest Relations

· Attend to guests’ queries, needs and other special requests professionally and promptly.

· Check on guests’ dining experience discreetly and when appropriate.

· Encourage guests to share dining experience feedback in all feedback channels.

· Take ownership of any feedback received and seek assistance if necessary to ensure prompt follow-up with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.

· Thank and bide fond farewell to guests.

General

· Manage, supervise and coach the restaurant team.

· Conduct on-the-job training for the restaurant team.

· Conduct daily shift briefing.

· Conduct regular inspections and ensure that the service floor is clean, tidy and of high hygiene standards at all times.

· Create a comfortable and conducive working environment for the restaurant team

· Undertake ad-hoc operations tasks/projects as assigned.

· Observe all brand/operating standards and/or LQA.

· Practise food safety and hygiene in accordance to required standards.

· Follow all workplace safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries and incidents to reporting manager immediately.

· Participate & contribute actively in all Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability initiatives organised by the Hotel

· Perform any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned.

Your experience and skills include:

· Diploma/GCE ‘O’ level /Certificate in Hospitality or equivalent

The Role

• Assist in managing inventory, including spare parts, tools, and materials.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marine dredging or maritime operations (minimum 3-5 years preferred).
• Strong understanding of dredging techniques, equipment, and vessel operations.
• Familiarity with maritime laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and operational management software.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments.

Working Conditions:

• Office-based with frequent travel to project sites and onboard vessels.
• May require extended hours or on-call availability during project-critical phases.
