Job Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and non-teaching staff. Apply for work passes (EP/SP/WP) for foreign talents when necessary.

Requirements

• Certifications: Must hold IHRP-CP/SP or SHRM-CP/SCP certification.
• Experience:Minimum 5-7 years' experience as an HR Manager, with at least 3 years in a regional/APAC context.
  Proven hands-on expertise in HR operations and payroll management.
  
• Regional Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and payroll systems across APAC countries.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership experience, managing diverse teams in a regional capacity.

1. Oversee and be responsible to ensure compliance to all legal statutory regulations and head quarter’s requirements in C&B function e.g. MOM and employee related, RBA etc .

4. Act as an internal consultant to build and facilitate the implementation of learning and development solutions.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in HR Management.
• Minimum 5 years in managerial capacity and preferably in manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations, HR best practices, C&B analysis and training related function.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written).

TRAINING

· Monitor and make registration for the employee who need to attend Basic/Refresher Food Safety Level 1 course.

MANPOWER PLANNING

GOVERNMENT GRANT / CLAIM

· Prepare applications for various relevant grants/claim offered by the government agencies. Eg. Childcare leave, foreign worker levy waives, SG United programmes, etc.

INSURANCES

· Handle insurance process including report and claim with related party (MOM & Insurance agency) when it is necessary.

· Renew Work Injury Compensation Insurance and Foreign Worker Medical Insurance timely. Review and compare quotations from different insurance agency upon renewal.

ADMINISTRATION WORK

· Process and prepare all types of employment-related letters including employment contracts, confirmation letters, termination letters, promotion letter, increment letters, warning letter, etc.

· Administer and update employees’ personnel database.

· Organized and maintain filling system (hard & soft copy)

· Any other task assigned by Management.

Job Requirement:
