As part of the Human Resource team, you will be responsible for executing the full range of HR functions, from employee recruitment, retention, engagement, performance management to employee relations and regulatory compliance. Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage administrative tasks to ensure effective, timely and responsible communication via Email, Wechat and Whatsapp, both to suppliers and customers and internally.
• To assist to develop and lead the team to maintain an efficient and effective ERP system for all departments and ensure all data & information are integrated and coordinated by the respective staff, to ensure all data, information and reports are complete, accurate, reliable and traceable at all times.
• Assist with liaising with banks, tax agents and auditors to ensure regulatory compliance
• Assist in shipping and freight and compliance documents to ensure all documents are accurate and complete, ensuring compliance and timely shipments for local and export
• Handle related functions and ad–hoc duties as and when assigned by the Management;
• Any other duties assigned from time to time

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and prepare all administration duties related to HR issues (eg. letter of appointment, confirmation, year-end appraisal exercise)
• Maintain and prepare for all immigration related issues such as apply / renew / terminate of Employment Pass, S Pass and Dependent Pass
• Maintain, prepare and process payroll duties, including preparation of job-costing allocation and reconcialiation for cross-department submission
• Submit with regulatory submissions (eg., IRAS, CPF, Mindef, Childcare Leave claim etc)
• Orientate and brief new employees on company policy
• Assist in Yearly Internal and External audit process
• Prepare monthly HR report as when necessary
• Arrange and organize company’s event (eg. birthday party, year-end dinner, etc)
• Assist in performing various HR related duties carried out by the HR Manager

Job Requirements:

• 5 years Construction sector Payroll processing experience
• Preferable with manual payroll processing experience
• Preferable with Info-Tech payroll software knowledge

Job Descriptions:

· Responsible for day-day operations of the HR department for a group of companies

· Manage recruitment process: Posting job advertisement, screening resumes, conducting interviews, shortlisting, and offer of jobs

· Experience in apply /renewal /cancellation of work permit, S Pass & EP including workers' repatriation

· Monthly payroll including submission of monthly CPF & FWL

· Annual submission of income tax IR8A, NS Claim and others

· Maintain employment contracts and probation confirmations

· Query and question to MOM/BCA to keep abreast of current employment practices

· Manage payroll related matters for staff and workers

· Maintain accurate HR database, up-to-date employee records, and other employment related documentation

· Arrangement of skilled Course enrolments for Workers

· Take care of Dormitory arrangement for workers. Liaison with dormitory staff and maintaining dormitory records

· Maintain training matrix and record WP holder's experience

· Benefit management: Leave management and control claims of medical expenses

· Handling of Government Grant application such as Career Support Programme, Work life Grant etc...

· Assisting in standardizing and streamlining internal HR process

· Any other ad hoc duties asassigned

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource Management or Professional Certificate in Compensation & Benefits

• Min. 2 years of related working experience in construction sector

• Familiarity and experience working with Ministry of Manpower

• Knowledge of Employment Act/legislation, CPF, IRAS

• Team oriented with good time management skills and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently under pressure in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

• Basic proficiency with Microsoft word and excel
