About the Role

You will be part of the Business Development department, responsible for formulating and executing tenant leasing strategies and building strong tenant relationships within our Food court/Coffee Shops.

Job Responsibilities:

• Preparing patients for dental work.
• Helping with infection control by sterilizing and disinfecting instruments, setting up instrument trays, preparing materials, and assisting with dental procedures.
• Assisting dentists in managing the clinical treatment of patients.
• Providing great patient care.
• Recording treatment information in patient records.
• Exposing dental x-rays from dental diagnostics and caring for dental x-ray equipment.
• Providing postoperative instructions as directed by the dentist.

• Ordering dental supplies and maintaining dental equipment inventory.

Responsibilities:

• To assist senior for routine work involving sample management, registration.
• Involve in the preparation of sample for analysis and retrieving of reference sample.
• Maintain and house keep sample retain room
• Request sample from compounding lab as required
• Prepare reference samples/samples for affiliates as required
• Some basic knowledge of chemical and experiences in the chemical environment are preferred
• Maintain and ensure clean and safe working environment in FRQC Lab
• Clean lab equipment, glassware and apparatus after use
• Carry out any additional job-related duties that may be assigned from time to time

Requirements:

• Basic laboratory knowledge and experiences in chemical working environment required
• Able to read, speak, write basic English
• Minimum qualification with a Diploma in Chemical or relevant study
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Good organizing skill
• Basic knowledge of MS office

Location : Tuas South Link

Salary : Up To $2,000 (+ additional $200 incentive)

Responsibilities:

Your duties include:

• To report to office/warehouse as per agreed timing
• Mon - Thurs: 7am – 4pm
  Fri: 7am – 6pm
  
• Ensure to follow all Safety practices in the warehouse
• To be able to operate forklift, pallet jack, etc.
• To do unstuffing of containers
• Put-away the stock to designate location and update the systemEnsure the product and quantity receive correctly
• Report any discrepancy to Supervisor
• Perform cycle count in daily basis
  
• Assist to re-stack or changing pallet of stock at Warehouse when required
• Perform unloading and receiving the shipment from Vendors
• Perform sorting, picking according to the orders
• Check the shipment with Driver & Driver Assistant before dispatchAssist to load the goods into the truck for dispatch
  
• Warehouse housekeeping
• Assist on online KCP (events)
• Other Ad-hoc duties given by superior

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): warehouse, picking, sorting, loading, unloading, logistics
• An advantage to have basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Excel
• Preferably working experience in FMCG warehouse
• Will be an advantage if candidate has a Class 3 Driving License and has experience in driving a 14’ lorry.

· Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a vehicle

· Wear safety shoes, face mask & face shield, avoid close contact with customers and practices good personal hygiene

· Obtaining customers signature and chop on all invoice copies

· Collect cash upon delivery from customers and submit back to office the same day

Requirements:

· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
