Responsibilities:

• Provide secretarial and administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient office operations.
• Assist in drafting the architect drawing
• Prepare and dispatch authorization letters from relevant authorities, and follow up with clients to obtain signatures and complete required information.
• Monitor, update, and report on the status of ongoing projects.
• Arrange for the purchase of plans from relevant authorities.
• Provide certified copies of approved plans and promptly send approvals to clients.
• Follow up with authorities regarding the status of approvals.
• Answer incoming calls, offering guidance or directing inquiries to appropriate personnel.
• Download approvals and update the project team on a daily basis.
• Prepare and submit necessary documents, such as submission forms, via e-Corenet.

Requirements:

• At least Diploma/Degree in Architectural / Interior Design or any relevant disciplines.
• Knowledge in using AutoCAD is a MUST
• Knowledge in Architectural Engineering is a plus.
