Managing candidate pipeline and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)

Negotiate offers and facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a seamless transition for both the candidate and the client.

Identify and research potential clients, market and industries to expand our business reach.

Lead the entire Sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing details and managing client relationship.

Work closely with the HR and/or Business Development team to understand and align with KPIs set by management.

Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Management/HR Manager.

Ensuring compliance to Singapore Laws, regulations, standards, guidelines, and norms in the course of work.

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

Preferably posses CEI Licence

HR Generalist or similar role, preferably with experience managing foreign employees, Strong knowledge of HR Practices, Labour Laws and regulation related to foreign workforce Management. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Proficient in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suit

Strong organisation and time management skills.

Position Summary

This is an on-site role for a Human Resource Analyst in Singapore. The Human Resource Analyst will be responsible for tasks such as HR management, recruiting, benefits administration, HRIS utilisation, and utilising analytical skills to support HR functions. In this role, you’ll assist with data collection, reporting, and project management for HR initiatives, coordinate recruitment tasks, and support onboarding and offboarding in collaboration with the Operations Team. You’ll help manage payroll processing, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with HR policies. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in a fast-paced environment, contributing to both employee engagement and overall organisational growth.

Job Responsibilities

• Support data collection and reporting for HR initiatives, help manage HR projects, and contribute to efficient, timely project delivery as directed by the Head of Operations.
• Support recruitment efforts by coordinating interview schedules, communicating with candidates, and managing onboarding and offboarding tasks in collaboration with Operations Team.
• Help organise development programs, and performance reviews, working alongside Operations Head to foster a positive workplace culture and promote employee engagement.
• Aid in managing payroll processing, updating employee records, and overseeing regular working arrangements, ensuring all activities comply with HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in data collection and reporting for HR projects, support project management tasks, and contribute to timely project delivery, working closely with Operation Team.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in Fintech, Trading, or Exchange companies is essential.
• 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to dynamic HR operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proficiency in HR operations, including payroll management, employee relations, recruitment, and compliance.
• Familiarity with HR technology such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), and collaboration tools like Slack.
• Strong analytical skills for data interpretation, reporting, and decision-making.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (additional language proficiency will be an advantage).
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Skilled in multi-tasking and managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Role is based in Singapore.

What you will do:

1. Talent Acquisition Support

• Manage end to end campus recruitment for internship roles
• Assist in recruitment process such as interview arrangements, offer stage, internal procedures
• Facilitate in new hire onboarding and orientation
• Regular reports on recruitment activities, including candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and source effectiveness.
• Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions to enhance our talent pipeline
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to recruitment

2. Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly payroll processing
• Consolidate attendance records, leave records, and other relevant data to ensure accuracy of payroll processing.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees and provide assistance in resolving issues.
• Collaborate with finance department to reconcile payroll discrepancies and ensure compliance with regulations
• Attend to queries on benefits related

3. Employee Engagement

• Involved in planning, organizing and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events, employee recognition programs, and wellness initiatives.
• Contribute ideas to enhance the employee experience and promote a positive workplace culture.
• Collect feedback from employees through surveys

4. Administrative HR

• Maintaining employee records, updating HRIS databases, and preparing HR documents such as reports, letters and employment contracts.
• Work pass related mattersInternal communications to employees and responding to MOM surveys
• Assist in offboarding process of leaving employee
• Support in ad-hoc HR projects, initiatives and related matters as assigned.

Who you are:

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or HR certificate
• Prior experience in SG payroll
• Experience in talent acquisition is a plus
• Well organised with high level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Good knowledge of MOM employment law and work pass regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
