Reporting to Head of Business IT Solutions this role plays an important role in leading and managing a team of external Business analysts, solution architects and developers with an exciting journey to enhance our Salesforce platform and improve customer experience & adoption. You will need a strong background in product delivery management, Agile / Iterative methodologies, Salesforce (out-of-the-box standard functionality and custom solutions) with proven experience in managing and delivering Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Community Cloud modules. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Advising, Selling & Clienteling
