Human Resource Assistant ( 5 day week – Jurong East)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.

• Prepare monthly payroll for supporting companies

• New employee onboarding process – prepare letter of appointment, conduct briefing

• Process work passes application (WP, SPass, EP), renewal, and cancellation.

•Prepare headcount working hours reports for billings & other admin duties or tasks as assigned

Job Description

This is an hourly-rated temporary position.

• Assist in posting job vacancies on relevant websites
• Download CVs from relevant platforms
• Screen and evaluate candidate applications
• Liaise with candidates and hiring managers to schedule interviews
• Support in arranging business card printing orders

Urgent Hiring: Temporary Admin Assistant - HR Operations (Medical)
Location: Jurong East (Government Healthcare)
Contract Duration: 3-Month Temp Position (Possibility of Extension)
Working Hours: 5 Days a Week, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Salary:

• Diploma (No experience): $2,350 per month
• Negotiable for candidates with relevant experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Onboarding Clinicians: Manage the collection of staff pass photos, name tags, and uniform orders.
• SMC Assessment: Monitor and manage SMC evaluations for clinicians.
• Posting Coordination: Coordinate postings for HOs/MOs/Residents, and facilitate e-Appraisals.
• Consultant Management: Administer the AP Direct system for consultants and locums.
• Billing Management: Oversee clinician billing and payments, including MSA, Visiting Consultant, and Locum services.
• MSA Updates: Track and update MSA requests and maintain relevant spreadsheets.
• Quarterly Billing: Handle billing for FTEs sold to other institutions.
• Specialist Privileging: Assist with the privileging process for specialists and SRPs.
• Ad-Hoc Projects: Perform other tasks as assigned by the department.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is an advantage.
• Previous HR or administrative experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
• Must be available for the duration of the contract (3 to 6 months).
