• Policy Compliance: Update and enforce the company HR policies in line with labour legislation and company standards.

2. HR System Management:

• Oversee the maintenance and continuous improvement of the HR management system (EHR).
• Ensure employee records, leave balances, and benefits information are accurately managed and updated.
• Collaborate with EHR to resolve system issues and implement upgrades.

3. Talent Acquisition & Development:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to forecast hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions.
• Drive employee development initiatives, including training programs, career development, and succession planning.

4. Employee Relations & Performance Management:

• Lead employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities and company events.
• Manage the performance appraisal process and provide career guidance and coaching.
• Address and resolve employee grievances and workplace disputes professionally and fairly.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in the F&B industry.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, CPF submissions, payroll systems, and tax regulations (IRAS).
• Proficiency in EHR, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
