Job Responsibilities
· Accurately process end-to-end payroll for all employees, including calculations, deductions, and payments.
· Handle monthly CPF contributions, income tax submissions, and other statutory requirements.
· Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, bonuses, and other compensation.
· Stay updated with local payroll regulations and ensure compliance with Singapore employment laws.
· Prepare and submit statutory reports, including IR8A, IR21, and other relevant filings.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
· Address payroll-related queries from employees promptly and professionally.
· Provide guidance and support regarding payroll policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
· Maintain and update payroll system records accurately.
· Oversee employee insurance plans, including medical, dental, and life insurance.
· Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding insurance and benefits-related inquiries.
· Coordinate with insurance brokers to address any issues or updates.
Job Requirements
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
· Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements.
· Prior experience in SAP SuccessFactors and SAP HANA would be advantageous.
