Overview: -

• Monthly Salary: Up to $4500 + AWB + Bonus (depend on EXP)
• Location: Loyang (Pasir Ris)

Your Responsibilities: -

• Oversee and lead the project team to ensure product deliver is within the stipulated time.
• Manage existing clients and meet new clients to generate more project.
• Liaise with client regarding product specification & requirements, cost, quality of a project and provide a quotation on it.
• Coordinate with internal team member (tool designer and engineering on design for manufacturing (DFM)) to ensure the product created meet client expectation.

You will need: -

• Minimum 2-4 years of relevant experience with managing skills in manufacuring industry.
• Relevant experience in manufacturing on moulding environment & mechanical product design will be an added advantage.

Job Description:

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and analysis to support decision-making across the organization.
• Perform financial planning and analysis work, including providing detailed variance analysis for monthly/quarterly reports, board papers, and other external/internal reporting requirements.
• Prepare cashflow projections, quarterly forecast and annual budget for area of accountability. Review and challenge operational plans by reviewing underlying drives and assumptions made when preparing quarterly forecasts and annual budget.
• To assist in the consolidation of quarterly forecast, Annual Budget and preparation of Budget Slides
• To assist in the consolidation of monthly/quarterly/yearly accounts, including preparation of/collation of information for certain notes to the financial statements, as well as attending to auditors’ queries
• To assist in the Group’s new consolidation and budgeting system implementation
• Such other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to time.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Accounting or Business/Finance or equivalent
• Knowledge of SAP S4 and BPC would be advantageous
• Must be able and willing to accept intra-department or inter-division transfers/job rotations, and henceforth changes in work scope and responsibilities
• Displays positive attitude, team player, meticulous and the ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines
• Able to work independently and possess good communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications
