Job Description

• Provide HR administrative and corporate services.
• In charge for the on boarding and off boarding of staffs
• Applications for various types of claims, grants and courses for employees
• Updating of employees' personal particulars
• Managing of employees' leave and claims.
• Assist with promotion/demotion process and awards.
• Conduct gift valuation and manage welfare grants for personnel.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Skills & experience needed:

• Singapore Citizen/Permanent Resident
• Diploma in Human Resource or relevant discipline or A-level with minimally one year of relevant experience
• Strong service excellence mindset

Other Information:

• Location: Bukit Gombak, Hillview & Depot Road (Might have to rotate between 3 different locations Bi Weekly)
• Salary: $2,400 - $2,800
• Performance Bonus
• 14 Days Annual Leave
• Duration: Contract until Jan 2029
• Working hrs: Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Hours might be staggered subjected to team lead)

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, develop and manage bancassurance business portfolio with Bank partner(s).

• Identify and develop retail distribution opportunities with Bank partner(s).

• Develop and deliver digital initiatives and innovations to improve customer experience and to support the growth of consumer segments business.

• Ensures business handled is in line with the Company's underwriting guidelines and service standards.

• Ensure compliance with all laws, regulatory provisions and Company policies as are relevant to the role.

• Tertiary qualification and/or professional insurance qualifications

• Certificate in General Insurance (BCP/PGI) and Cert HI

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in partnership development, marketing, or distribution of insurance, banking, financial services.
• Experience in managing insurance programs, affinity products or service programs.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
The mission of our compliance and risk management functions is to protect the firm from internal and external threats for the successful sustainability of its business.

Within this framework, the Employee shall have responsibilities in both regulatory (MAS, ACRA, and other relevant authorities) and operating compliance as well as portfolio administration for the funds and fund management companies in our group. Regulatory compliance refers compliance to statutory and regulatory ordinances that govern these companies; whereas operating compliance includes self-governance policies set by the firm’s standard operating procedures, work practice as well as protocols required by our boards and investment committees. The Employee shall also be assigned projects related to the above responsibilities from time to time as the firm responds to the evolving demands of risk management.
