Position Title: Territory Manager

Primary Position Responsibilities

The Territory Manager position is highly focused on customer account management and ongoing service, support and sales development with respective accounts in a defined geography and sector(s) for Diversey.

We are seeking an innovative marketing manager to promote our company's brand and services. In this role, you will be optimizing our marketing strategies, managing the marketing department's budget and staff, as well as preparing forecasts.

To ensure success, you will need extensive knowledge of marketing strategies and the ability to identify new business leads. An outstanding marketing manager will be someone whose expertise translates into increased brand awareness and profitability.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyzing market trends and preparing forecasts.
• Generating new business leads.
• Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door
• Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis

· Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groupsS

· Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors

· Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely

· Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies

· Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals

· Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Marketing Manager Requirements

· A Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or any other relevant field

· Sound understanding of marketing fundamentals and tactics

· Creative thinking and problem-solving ability

· Leadership and project management skills

· Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing strategies

· Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills

· Proficiency with marketing tools and software

· Proficient in marketing research and statistical analysis

· The ability to work under pressure.

· Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project activities, including cost management, project schedule, staff development, site safety (together with safety manager) and security.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, sub-contractors, suppliers etc
• Plan, schedule, monitor, and update the project to meet targets.
• Resolve design-related issues during construction.
• Responsible for all construction site matters including safety and other compliance matters
• Ensure the smooth completion of the project

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in the construction (preferably gas piping) industry
• M & E Experience
• Independent, strong analytical and possess good interpersonal skills

- Managing and overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.

-Developing and executing overall marketing strategy for increasing business revenue.

- Introducing innovative strategies and systems to enhance productivity, sales and workflow efficiency.

- Handling and review of all social media platforms and advertising for restaurant promotions.

- Analyzing menu performance and customer feedback to enhance promotions for optimal impect.

- Collaborating with restaurant and marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, wines and food pairings to highlight restaurant specialities towards customers preference, while driving revenue growth.

- Overseeing all administrative functions for restaurant daily operations.

- Inspiring the team to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Delegating tasks and training for staff skill development and career advancement.

- Managing and reporting of sales performance results, P&L and budget forecast.

- Decision making and cost control measures to maintain healthy profit margins and price alignment with the local market.

Duration: Long term/ Full Time

Salary: Up to $2200/ month

Working Hours: 6 days/ week (7am - 3pm/ 8am - 4pm)

Location: East/ North

Job Scope:

- Assist Cook in preparation of all meals

- Maintain the cleanliness of the kitchen

- Sweep and clean the kitchen floor

- Wash and clean all cooking utensils after every meal

- Prepare and serve ready meals for residents when required

- To adopt the First-In First-Out method for maintaining of all sundries and food items

and ensure accurate stock level.

- To assist in preparation of all meals in the absence of the Cook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to build pipelines on Platform on data can be processed effectively

• Organize the database such that all clinical data are linked and easily retrieved - Build the pipelines for federated data sharing

• Data Analysis: Perform data analysis and visualization work to support research projects, grant applications, and publications

• Database Management - Manage the database used to host our clinical data to ensure that it is maintained operationally in a cost-effective manner

Requirements:
