Job Description

• Manage a range of Biotech/Life Sciences laboratory related services (DNA sequencing, Gene, peptide synthesis) & products (consumables, reagents etc) to target the industry involved in R&D
• Manages assigned product portfolio and generates sales to achieve revenue, target and budget
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge of sales product
• Establish relationships with existing and new clients or customers through active sale coverage in assigned zone
• Conduct post sale follow-up in coordination with service delivery
• Handling of sales inquiries, preparation of sales reports/quotation, updating customers database
• Conduct regular on-site customers visit as per sale strategy and submit weekly sales report
• Perform routine sale follow-up calls as per assigned zone to hit sales revenue goal

Job Requirement

• With Degree or Diploma in Medical Technology/ Biomedical Science / Life Sciences / Biotechnology
• At least 1 year of direct sales or related experience
• With industrial experience in Healthcare/Research Laboratories or Institutions/Engineering services is preferred

Customer Engagement Executive (Education)

• Location: Upper Thomson or Punggol
• (Willing to travel to other branches when required (Bukit Timah, Tampines, Katong)
• Working days: 4 weekdays and 1 weekend (44 hours per week)
• Working time: Mon - Fri (shifts between 10AM-10PM) ; Sat & Sun (8AM-6PM)
• Salary: S$2,800 - S$3,600

Job Responsibility:

• Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the organisation's programmes, services and processes.
• Keep abreast of latest MOE initiatives to stay relevant with customers' needs
• Actively promote and upsell programmes to both prospective and existing customers.
• Attend to customers' needs and enquiries in a prompt and service-oriented manner.
• Build rapport and maintain a positive relationship with all stakeholders.
• Handle all walk-ins, phone, text messages and online enquiries in a warm, earnest and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma holder.
• Proficient with Google Docs, Google Sheets and Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience in education industry would be advantageous.

Job Scope

• Be the primary technical contact for customers and in house repair jobs
• Assist customers in the repair and maintenance activities, but also with Providing spare parts and associate services
• Identify and translate customers’ requests ;
• Handle technical incidents and establish reports (troubleshooting, expertise, gathering useful information for analysis
• Guarantee, when necessary, the proper processing of offers : spare parts, onsite interventions and repairs.

• Maintain proper records of interaction with customers within the CRM tool
• Control offers and order confirmation as per applicable procedures

Requirements

• Have 3 to 5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering. Marine engineering with mechanical knowledge will also be considered.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• With hands on experience on compressors, turbines and pumps mechanically
• Be willing to travel if needed.
