Job Description:
- Responsible for product strategies related to the growth of international short video users. Responsible for product strategies related to the growth of international short video users, optimizing registration and onboarding processes to enhance new user experience and improve user retention;
- Analyze the current business situation, conduct in-depth industry research, understand the needs of target users, identify growth opportunities, and develop effective business strategies. Collaborate with algorithm-driven strategies;
- Monitor, pay attention to, and analyze industry trends and successful growth cases. Summarize and accumulate experiences and explore new optimization directions.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Possess a comprehensive methodology and practical experience in at least one growth approach, such as user reactivation, push notifications, new user recommendation strategies, onboarding, or growth platforms;
- Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in internet product management;
- Excellent results-oriented thinking, strong logical reasoning ability, and high data sensitivity. Ability to uncover underlying strategies beyond surface observations, and proficiency in innovation and systematic thinking;
- Excellent cross-departmental collaboration, communication, coordination, and driving skills. Can independently drive and manage projects, and collaborate with product, interaction, and development teams to rapidly implement projects.
