ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Administration

• Oversee day-to-day administrative functions, including managing office supplies, equipment and facilities.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for management and employees as needed.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and events, and prepare necessary materials.
• Audit check on regular fixed assets.
• Investigate company lapses and customer feedback and propose areas of improvement.
• Coordination between HQ departments and external agencies or stakeholders on projects/activities
• Assist with budget management and expense tracking for HR and other departments.
• Any other administration tasks as assigned by supervisor or manager

Experience Matters

• Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in HR and administrative roles.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR intern to join our team. This internship opportunity will provide valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources and will be an excellent opportunity to learn and develop skills in a professional work environment. What you will be involved in:

Human Resource Interns will be involved in three main aspects of HR:

1. Recruitment

• Assist in job postings via the various online recruitment job portals
• Drafting of different types of contracts, such as Offer letter
• Arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates

2. Retraining

• Recommend the appropriate e-learning courses and/or classroom-based courses to our staff
• Follow up with each staff member’s feedback on his or her completed training
• Follow up with the staff’s performance after training with his or her reporting officer and recommend if the course should be continued for other staff

3. Retention

• Assist in the administration of staff benefits & schemes
• Learn about the different leave entitlements of each employee and link up with our Manpower’s regulations
• Assist in the accountability of the leave reports of all staff to facilitate monthly payroll processing
• Planning of company bonding, CSR and celebratory events

Who we are looking for:

• Currently a full-time student pursuing major in Human Resources Management or related fields
• Basic understanding of HR work flow, especially on the 3 key areas on Recruitment, Retention, and Retraining
• Good communication and being able to comfortably and pleasantly deal with a variety of people
• Detail-oriented
• Good organizational and planning skills
• Able to work in a team and independently as well
• Must be able to commit full time for at least 4 months
