Job Description

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and manage customers queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions

Overview:

You'll be responsible for the sales and strategic planning of marketing and development initiatives across various sectors, including Institutions, Community Bands, Military Bands, Dealers. The overarching goal is to achieve consistent growth, profitability, and operational efficiency while supporting dealers in meeting their sales targets.
