• Drive growth in sales for all product lines and services within the region.
• Achieve greater market penetration in Singapore and surrounding areas by reaching and exceeding sales targets through the development of new clientele.
• Professionally represent the brand in the regional market and establish the company as the preferred supplier of premium packaging solutions.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of the industrial packaging industry, including competitor activities, to enhance sales growth sustainably.

• Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related discipline highly desired, with a keen interest in Sales & Marketing.

Team Introduction

The Platform Product Management team is under TikTok Trust and Safety. Their goal is to keep the platform running smoothly and to guarantee user safety.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct risk underwriting for product front-end inspection tours. Actively dig out hot and high-risk clues based on demands, conduct risk verification and provide conclusion feedback.

2. Be familiar with the expression methods and presentation forms of various risk contents. Conduct blue-team offensive and defensive tests by imitating or creating risk in pictures/text/videos.

3. Construct special simulation cases according to the requirements of upstream products to assist models and strategies in process optimization.

4. Undertake individualized business line demands, verify the progress of process optimization, and conduct secondary verification by re-investing simulation cases.

5. Based on the results of simulation offensive and defensive/risk inspection tours, output optimization suggestions are made through data analysis and problem mining/abstraction.

6. Be familiar with various content security business scenarios and provide targeted diagnosis and optimization plans for content security solutions.

7. Analyze and iterate the required strategies and data capabilities, and be responsible for long-term business results.

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably with a background in Engineering or Computer Science.

- Strong business acumen and a thorough understanding of business dynamics, skilled at identifying and addressing user pain points.

- Risk mining ability and high risk sensitivity, able to continuously dig out frontend safety risks and potential loopholes of products.

- Exceptional communication skills and adept at cross-functional & cross-border collaborations.

- Ability to process pictures/text/videos and be proficient in using graphic software such as PS/PR.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in content safety strategy operation and knowledge in the international content safety domain.

- Good awareness of political changes and risks. Be proficient in at least one business line review rule and be familiar with the review process.

- Experience in front-end and back-end closed-loop products, and experience in content management products.

- Strong aptitude for learning and innovation, experienced in initiating and managing new business projects.

- Proficient in prioritizing tasks within tight deadlines, and coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

- Focus on data analysis and results-oriented strategies, proactively identifying and addressing system and business challenges to drive effective solutions.

- Demonstrates resilience under pressure, embracing challenges with determination.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above
• At least 5 years of Sales experience in Marine Sector.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven experience in developing strategic sales plans.
