Our client is a major player in the Real Estate industry, with assets ranging from residential, commercial to retail. Currently they are looking for Deputy Manager, Accounts & Operations to join their team. They are located in the South area.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with timely account closing and prepare consolidation schedules
• Prepare financial schedules and statutory accounts
• Post month-end journals according to legal requirements
• Prepare quarterly GST, related parties, sponsorship, and donation reports
• Reconcile audit schedules, inter-company, and bank transactions
• Manage fixed assets and maintain asset registers
• Prepare financial statements in XBRL format
• Support audits, tax reporting, and statutory requirements
• Handle daily funding needs (shortfall/surplus)

Requirements:
