JOB RESPONSBILITIES:

• Provide technical support for manufacturing operations
• Conduct process validation
• Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and calibration on Machines / Equipment
• Liaise with supplier on all technical purchases
• Co-ordinate with supervisor / leader on production schedule / audit / stock take etc.
• Any other tasks assigned by superior by time to time.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or related discipline (Must if they do not have relevant work experience)
• Rotating Shiftwork (Day & Night) - Monthly Rotation
• Work in cleanroom environment - Required to wear cleanroom uniform

• Lead the warehouse team to enhance productivity and efficiency.
• Supervise the receiving, kitting, and shipment processes in alignment with the production plan provided by the planning department.
• Implement and oversee inventory control to minimize discrepancies and optimize stock levels.
• Guide the team to maintain accurate records in the SAP system and ensure physical stock is well-managed.
• Ensure safety, adherence to 5S practices, and efficiency in store organization with the team.
• Coordinate store equipment maintenance in collaboration with the facility department.
• Work closely with other departments (production, supply chain, quality) to support smooth production operations.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and ensure proper documentation of all deliveries.
• Conduct monthly and quarterly stock takes.

Requirement:

• Possess Minimum 'O' level and above
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Good team player
