Job Description

· Attend site visits and tender show round

· Propose and design simple yet sustainable landscape designs for specified sites

· Prepare quotes and landscape maintenance reports

· Coordinate work orders with ground crew

· Dealing with complaints from client on site

· Prepare maintenance schedule

· Monitor and recording of site staff attendance

· Handling few projects assigned and coordination

· To be responsible for the administrative and operational for landscape project aspects, including liaise with customers for project requirements and progress

· Always able to coordinate with and reported to Landscape Manager

· Any other duties as assigned by immediate superior.

Requirements

· Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture or other related fields with minimum of 1 yr experience in landscaping industries

· Required language(s): English, Chinese (in order to deal with complaints from Chinese speaking client on site)

· Dynamic and energetic

· Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task

· Committed to work

· Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Prefer candidates with horticulture or arborist knowledge

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of diaphragm wall construction projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Monitor project progress and manage any changes to scope, schedule, and cost
• Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure projects adhere to local building regulations, environmental, and safety standards.
• Implement quality control measures and regularly inspect work progress and safety compliance.
• Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting during the diaphragm wall construction process.
• Evaluate and select construction methods, materials, and equipment to optimize project outcomes.
• Prepare and deliver regular progress reports to stakeholders.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and ensure accurate record-keeping.

Requirements:

• Professional Experience:
  • Proven experience in construction project management, specifically in diaphragm wall construction.
  • Demonstrated success managing large-scale civil or infrastructure projects.
• Technical Skills:
  • In-depth knowledge of diaphragm wall construction techniques and associated equipment.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent).
• Regulatory Knowledge:
  • Familiarity with local building regulations, environmental guidelines, and safety standards.
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Overall responsible for the administration and operations of several restaurant outlets under one restaurant brand.

• Work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus that are flavourful and popular with customers. Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies. Estimate food and beverage costs. Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste. Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high-quality preparation and service.

• Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.

• Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel.

• He/she is to implement all standardized procedures, rules, and regulations systematically in order to be in line with company standards and policies

• Ensure proper working condition of all outlet equipment and prepare equipment defect list

• Safe keeping of company properties

• Ensure proper daily sales deposit

• Ensure outlet cleanliness upkeep according to NEA requirements

• Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.

• Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs using the Point of Sales system.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• Min GCE ‘N’ level or equivalent with at least 4-6 years of relevant experience
